Rycote Invision INV-7HG mkIII Shock Mount

I was scrambling to create a pro quality home voice over set up to continue my career during quarantine. Needed a quality shock mount delivered ASAP for my Sennheiser shotgun mic to further minimize extraneous vibrations while recording jobs from home. An engineer here in L.A. recommended this one. I paid for rush delivery and gave BarnDoor a heads up (it was the weekend). They responded immediately and it arrived right on time... from across the country... all during this pandemic. Amazing service. Only place I could find a) with what I needed and b) that could deliver on time. I swapped my mic clip out for this and it screwed right in easily. It’s really well designed and built, very sturdy and my mic is utterly secure. Simple to adjust the angle and keep it there, and it truly allows fluid movement at the same time to absorb vibes and bumps. This is a quality shock mount.
