This clever adapter allows you to make quick changes to your equipment without having to mess with screws and threads. In low light, tight spaces or no time to lose, pull back the red sleeve and drop your preloaded monitor, mic, light or whatever into the Quick Release adapter and you're ready to go to work. 1/4-20 top and bottom, PN 350628.
